Sambuca is an old Italian favourite, traditionally served flaming with three coffee beans floating on top. In the past few years its popularity has grown out of Italian restaurants to become the shooter of choice in style bars and clubs around the country.
Now Antica have updated the classic liquorice lover's liquor to bring out three spectacular new flavours - Vanilla, Coffee and Raspberry.
Developed in the Sambuca heartland north of Venice, the flavours have been delicately blended using natural ingredients to enhance the natural anisette taste.
The results are richly flavoured sensations which work perfectly as a shooter or base for cocktails.
