Strong aromatic fragrance; pale straw yellow aspect.
Full and soft taste with intense fragrance. Harvest strictly hand-picked in the first ten days of September.
Fragrant, dry, zesty, well-orchestrated, well-balanced with persistent hints of fruit and is obtained from the soft pressing of the entire grapeis left to ferment at a controlled temperature. When spring is well underway it is bottled and then bottle- aged for at least another two months.
