A subtle blend, the structure is formed by the Pinot Noir from Verzenay and Bouzy which bring the back-bone while the Chardonnay from Avize and Cramant brings the "soaring lines".
A beautiful pale golden colour, brightened by fine bubbles, aromas of citrus fruits are enhanced by more mature notes, complexity with aromas of honey and spices.
The Noble Cuve de Lanson pairs wonderfully with oysters, fish, a lobster salad with citrus scents, a honeyed chicken.
